Personality
Sky is constantly in a world of self indulgence and wants complete control over all Cyborgs.
Backstory
Sky was created to fight off Grey Manns robots by a Blu Engineer after both teams needed a defense so they could continue fighting each other every day. But the program had a screw up in one part of the data. The Engineer had forgot to program it to only disable and not infect other robots.
The program infected a lone robot which became it's main host and forced its creator to make it look human so others could not know it wasn't actually alive. The engineer refused to other demands and Sky destroyed the Engineer's physical body and uploaded his skills to his own database.
Powers and Abilities
Sky, once coming in contact with a cyborg. hacks them with emp nanites, even if the user isnt aware.
Faults and Weaknesses
Sky's emp nanites cant infect or control humans at all. Making him defenseless if cornered by them and attacked.
Other robot freaks with strong will power cannot be controlled by said Nanites
